I. General Provisions
The privacy policy defines how Users’ personal data is collected, processed and stored, necessary to provide services electronically via the website www.micar.pl (hereinafter: the Website).
The website collects only personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered on it.
Personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/ 46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

III. Purpose of collecting personal data
Personal data is used for the purpose of:
verifying the User’s identity,
performance of the contract for services and e-services,
communication with the User (contact form, etc.)
personalization of the Website for Users,
analytical and statistical activities,
debt collection,
establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Website.
Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the rental agreement pursuant to art. 6 section 1 point b/c/d of the GDPR),

When booking a vehicle rental service, we ask for your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. These data allow us to handle your reservation, contact us in the event of problems with implementation, inquiries and send electronic confirmation of the quotes obtained or reservations made. Storing personal data in our customer database will enable us to process future bookings faster.

Your personal data will be stored for a minimum period of 6 years, because in accordance with art. 40d sec. 3 of the Act of 21 March 1985 on public roads (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 19, item 115, as amended). the increased fee for failure to pay the parking fee in the paid parking zone expires after 5 years, counted from the end of the calendar year in which the fee was not paid.
you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections.
you have the right to lodge a complaint with GIODO when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.
providing your personal data is a condition for concluding the contract. You are obliged to provide them and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to sign the rental agreement.
IV. Type of personal data processed
The Administrator may process the User’s personal data: name and surname, date of birth, address of residence, e-mail address, telephone number, NIP, PESEL, id number, drivers license number.
V. The period of personal data processing
Users’ personal data will be processed for the period of:
when the basis for data processing is the performance of the contract – until the statute of limitations for claims after its performance,
when the basis for data processing is consent – until the consent is revoked, and after the consent is revoked, until the limitation period for claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to running a business – 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).
VI. Sharing personal data
Users’ personal data may be transferred to: entities related to the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies servicing e-payments, companies providing courier / postal services, law firms.
Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. User Rights
The Website User has the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer it, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its consent) undo).

The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but the Users’ rights will not be limited.
Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of a message available on the Website.
In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
